MEET THE OWNERS
 Dave and Cindy Laurence started as Laurence Design in 1993 with a small showroom in Lake St. Louis. We relocated to our current location in 1998 to be closer to the older part of St. Charles. We changed our name around 2004 to St. Charles Kitchens and Baths.
Our clients deal directly with us on each and every one of our jobs. We are the ones who help our customers select their colors, styles, layout, materials, budgets etc. We take full
responsibility for getting the measurements correct, ordering the right stuff, delivering the right stuff and Dave will be there through out the installation process in case any questions come up. We wear many hats but it keeps us in complete control of our jobs and we are usually able to catch problems early on which helps keep our jobs running very smooth.
Our clients don't ever have to deal with some strange sales manager, installation manager,
or any other person that doesn't know them and their job. |
MEET THE CREW
 Josh, Jason and Nate have been doing ALL of St. Charles Kitchens and Baths installations since 2001. They work as a three man team on each of our jobs, which makes for very quick installations. We typically get in and out of most bathrooms or kitchens in as little as 2 to 3 days. They are not rushing to get out, they are just VERY efficient,
hard working, well organized, have all of the right tools and each man knows his job and how to go about getting it done right. They are also very considerate, polite and respectful of your home. Drop cloths go down to protect your floors in the morning and they pick them up and clean up at the end of the day. Our customers are always impressed with how good our jobs go. |
